Quiet Friday afternoon

I had a meeting in downtown Baltimore on a Friday and wrapped up around 3pm. I decided to stop by the Penthouse Club before heading home. I hadn't been in about a year so figured I'd stop by and see how it was after the name change.

There is a large parking lot right across the street that costs about $5. Walking into the club it's Baltimore so you have to dodge a few shady characters. I walked right into the club. There was no cover, or at least there was nobody at the door charging an entry fee.

I went up to the bar and ordered a beer. It's a 2-for-1 special on Friday. The facilities are more or less the same. It's clean and spacious. I've been on a few Friday afternoons and it's been pretty crowded with a nonstop rotation of girls. On this Friday though, it was pretty dead. There were maybe 4-5 girls total there. Lookswise they were OK, but I feel the last few times the quality was much higher. Girls come down the stairs and do a couple of songs and then do a tip walk if you are sitting at the bar - in that case you are expected to give them a couple of bucks.
