What happened here

I used to love the Electric Blue. Every time I'm headed down I84 I stop. I have had some incredible experiences here. This used to be one of my favorite clubs of all time. I stopped in on a Monday night around 11. The cover was $5. Went over to the bar to survey the scene. There was no scene. There were two dancers working and two massage girls. The dancers were ok. About the quality that you usually see here. One of them immediately went home as soon as I got there. The other was spacing out on the stage. Still... I figured I would get a dance... the blue usually provides great value. But the massage girl (who looked 40) would not stop talking to me. She literally would not leave me alone. Finally I just left. Waste of $5.
