Loud!

I’ve always found strip club music to be annoyingly loud, but this place was ear-numbingly so. The next time I’m driving through Florida I’ll try a different club in the area.

I had stopped in Cocoa Beach for the night and saw the big Cheaters sign as I was turning in to my hotel parking lot. I had planned on finding one of the clubs in town, but my choice was to walk to Cheaters or get in my car to drive to another club. I chose to walk.

Cover for the club was $8. A bottle of water was $5 as I recall. The club is not large and quite smoky. The stage is smallish with two poles and dancers were doing two songs each, one clothed and one topless. Girls were mostly 5-7’s, some a bit heavy, but none outrageously so. On the floor girls moved around a lot and patrons never sat alone for more than just a few minutes. Conversations quickly got around to dance offerings, and dancers quickly moved on if offers were not accepted. Dances were $20.
