I walked in around 11 pm and saw the usual array of talent, or "talent". An aggressive AA dancer asked me if I wanted a dance before I'd even set my coat on the back of the barstool. I politely declined and ordered a beer from Sheila. I saw a chesty girl with glasses who caught my attention, and I asked Sheila to send her my way, as this dancer was at the other end of the bar. Sheila was kind enough to help me out, and no sooner we we begin our little snuggle/handshake session than who should return? The super pushy chick. "OH YOU'LL SIT WITH HER BUT NOT WITH ME? IT'S BECAUSE I'M BLACK, HUH?"

As it happens, I've had dances with AA dancers before, but this girl was kind of a stick figure and I prefer someone with a little more meat on her bones. This extremely unwelcome intervention kinda ruined the situation I had going on with the buxom brunette I was already working with. I didn't appreciate it and I'd be willing to wager other customers find it off-putting as well.

Another peculiar scenario: a customer asked Sheila about a particular dancer who had been around earlier and seemed to have disappeared. Guy sounded interested in a VIP package. The answer--unbelievably, I thought--was that this chick had decided the Red Room was too lame that night and decided to bail. Now that part alone isn't so weird, but get this: she went to another club on the Block! Now, maybe there's a reasonable explanation, like if Rob has a vested interest in multiple joints and allows the ladies to wander about until they find a situation to their liking. But I still thought it was unusual to learn about something like that.
