Early Friday Night

Swung by around 9:30 on a Friday. First thing I will say is that the doorman told me they would take card inside, but turns out it is cash only. Not a big deal, I just prefer to keep my cash on hand to tip the dancers. Cover was $10, with a one drink minimum at $6. The drink minimum didn't seem to be too strictly enforced, but I went ahead and got a water to play it safe.

The club is set up like an actual theater, with rows of seats going back and facing the stage. They also have some benches along the walls. The music was loud, as can be expected, but not too loud to actually talk to the dancers. The basic rundown I was given was that full nude dances are $20 per song, 6 songs for $100, and 30 minutes for $250.

I know everyone has a different idea of a good time at a strip club, and mine is playing into the fantasy. So I like a dancer who can actually hold a conversation with me, not when she just comes over and asks if I like her titties and want them in my face. That being said, I only talked to two girls as I didn't have plans to spend a ton of time here. Both of them took the time to actually have a conversation with me before asking if I wanted a dance, which was cool because Friday nights tend to be hustle nights. Both actually took the time to talk to me first. Again that's my thing, it might not be yourself. There were plenty of women working there, and most of them looked pretty good. The general vibe of the customers did seem to be more Latino men, and to be honest I probably wouldn't have been to comfortable being the nerdy, scrawny white dude that I am if I hadn't grown up in the heart of Garden Grove. Obviously though, nobody is going to bother you. They don't care about you, we're all there for the entertainment. The dancers seemed to be a decent mix of white and Hispanic with a few black. I'm still searching for a good Asian dancer somewhere.
