After a long break...a fun time at Dreamgirls at Rick's

As the title implies, it had been a long time since I've been out and about. It was busier in the parking lots than I had seen in my past visits, so I expected the same inside. Paid my cover and I found my way into the main room and went into one of the corner areas. The waitress came up and recognized me and was super pleasant. Seating around the stages were not full but the tables around the stages were pretty full. Seemed like a lot of dancers into that night. There were the ones that I recognized from various previous visits, but there appeared to be a lot of new dancers there as well. Cupcake was a lovely site, as was Holly. I decided to just relax a bit before getting any dances, so I watched the stages of most of the dancers as they went through their rotation. Everyone seemed happy and relaxed which means that lots of dances for/from the ladies. No craziness until a bachelor party arrived at the club. Sometimes that is good, most times it is bad. This crew seemed to just want to have a good time and they were throwing tips on stage. Several of them did get dances, but they were there to make sure their soon-to-be-married buddy had a good time. I ended up getting dances from one of my faves who just happened to be circulating and saw me. It was a happy reunion. Good times always.
