Fat Tuesday

Stopped by on a Tuesday evening. Place was running a Fat Tuesday party with drink specials including $5 Hurricanes which after 3 or 4 I was pretty convinced they were non-alcoholic. It got seated in the upstairs, by myself, and was alone for about 30 minutes. Not sure why and dancers come around and one gets varying information - you must be VIP, you need to have a VIP Card, only $20 dances up here - no $10 special - VIP card - no such thing. Honestly, I don't know. Having sat there for a couple hours a few more got seated up there but the majority of the action was on the main floor. Why I didn't move down to that level, I don't know but I won't go up there unless the main floor has no room whatsoever.

It had been many months since I had been to the Katz and I have to say, I didn't recognize anyone I had seen before. Also, being a Fat Tuesday I was worried I might see some porkers but none. That having been said, girls were mostly very nice and ranged from 6-9 however most that I saw were from afar being upstairs and all. Quality is as good as it ever was and took a couple girls for a spin but not overwhelmed. By far one of the better clubs in Chicago.

Recommend parking on the street rather than valet but I've had no problems with the valet services. It just feels weird because they, unless they were busy like Fat Tuesday, don't have to go far to park your car.
