Downhill slalom

Very disappointed with my recent visits to Midway Invader. This has always been a solid club on my previous visits to Toronto, however, last night and tonight have been horrible. It’s like all the dancers have developed GPS. I was quoted $40/song from 3-4 dancers; the blonde bartender that has a nose bigger than a toucan’s beak charged me $11 for a Molson (asked to keep the change when I handed her $15); and the club barely achieved a 1:1 ratio of guys:girls.

Large stage in front of the place, and guys don’t tip at the stage (likely because Canada doesn’t have $1 bills). Dancers perform for 3 songs: clothed, topless than bottomless. Most of the girls had on some sort of tights/hose, so very few were fully nude. These last 2 nights, more AA/WOC than any others; only spotted what could be 2 Caucasian/EE girls. Also, patrons seemed to be AA or Middle Eastern, which seems pretty consistent with my previous visits.
