Not Quite the Greatest Show on Earth, But Not Bad
Arrived on a Friday night about 9:45 and stayed 90 minutes. Free parking, $10 cover; bottled water was only $3.00, the lowest price I have paid in this area.
This is a very large and upscale club. When I say large, not only is the square footage of the room impressive, it's a cavernous space – an open room with a ceiling literally three stories tall. There's a stage in the middle with three poles and three dancers going the whole time I was there. The scene reminded me of a three-ring circus under a big-top tent, with acrobats (the dancers), uncaged animals (the bouncers), clowns (people like me), the circus band (the DJ), and the drink sellers (the shot girls) in their costumes.
At this hour there were about 20 dancers and a lot more customers than dancers. The girls danced two songs on stage, topless, then circulated around the stage for tips. About 80% of the seating is not near the stage, so it's easy to escape the tip parade here. At one point, two of the topless dancers did a pretty convincing lesbian show on stage, with full DFK, actual extended nipple sucking, and simulated DATY (because they kept their panties on). I wish I had been closer to stage to see that.
