Cool neighborhood bar, not bad for an afternoon

I was nearby and had a little time to kill, so I walked down to Devils Point on Sunday afternoon, around 3pm or so I think. The place is fairly small (like a lot of Portland strip clubs), dark and red. The bartender was cool enough, chatted a bit, and charged me $0 for a coke. Made a little small talk, played a couple video-poker machines while waiting for someone to get on stage. There were 5 or 6 other people in the club, male and female, just sitting around drinking and chatting. It's a basic neighborhood bar, nothing fancy to speak of. While sitting around at the machines, I listened in on the conversation about Stripperoke (apparently Sunday nights are their busiest - they have a karaoke night where you get on stage and sing while a stripper also spins around you, etc) and the bartender's annoyance that they couldn't do fire spitting shows anymore (the fire marshall shut them down for that apparently).

After a few minutes, Salem showed up on stage. She was tattooed and mildly thick, but sexy enough. I sat at the rail (the only one) and threw a couple dollars up for each song, as is tradition in Portland, and made small talk with her for a while. Lots of attention since I was the only one up there, and she worked through some nice moves. Towards the end of her 4-ish-song set, she pulled me a little closer to stage while she played with her panties, then lunged forward and wrapped them around my neck and smothered me with her tits for 30-60s or so (I wasn't exactly keeping track of time at that moment). Once I got my breath back, she thanked me again and headed to the back. Empty stage again for a couple of songs, so I headed out. Total spend for about a half hour of entertainment: $8.

I like the place, though I like it as much for being a dive bar as a strip club, whatever that's worth
