Slow night at Rick’s

Stopped in at around 7:00pm on a Monday during a Minnesota snow storm, wasn’t asked for a cover charge on the way in. Made my way to the bar and ordered a drink, then made my way to a table near the stage to watch the show.

Unfortunately there were only two dancers, one white one AA, working who alternated three song sets on stage while the other worked the small crowd looking for likely lap dance partners. While both DN era were attractive I really didn’t feel like competing for attention, so headed back to the bar to refresh my drink. The bartender told me that there were additional girls who had been scheduled to come in, but because of the snow she wasn’t sure if/when they would get there.

I ended up sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender for a couple more drinks, and then took off when no additional dancers showed up.
