It took some time to figure this place out, got it now though

Ok I've been to Lipstick a handful of times. And way too many of those times I left disappointed. The hostesses at the door, bartenders, manages, and even the restroom attendant were all very friendly and welcoming. But my experience until this past Saturday night with the dancers was shall we say unfriendly. But Saturday night, I finally met a very friendly dancer. Allow me to explain.

First of all this club has huge potential but the vibe is kind of quiet and even dead for a Saturday night. The energy is too low and no one seems to make an effort to make the environment more lively. There were maybe 12-15 girls there from 10pm-1am when I was there. The bar was open and lively. And the girls moved between 3 stages although there were probably 5 stages in the club. Girls were between 4s and 8s in my rating. There were a mix of white, black, and hispanic dancers.

On all my previous trips to Lipsticks the girls working seemed quite rude. They never spoke, they went from stage to stage looking angry, they would stay in the dressing room and not work the floor, and the vibe seemed quite stand-offish. At other clubs I'm used to girls coming up and striking up conversations, asking to sit with you, asking for drinks and dances, and being more forward about dancer and customer interactions. At Lipsticks I saw few interactions between dancers and customers. In fact the only time I saw interactions was when customers went to tip on the stages. That's it. So I finally realized that the dancers in this club do not behave aggressive toward getting the money, they expect you to initiate any and all interactions. This behavior is not what I typically see but ok, I get it.
