No Longer Worth My Time

I used to go to this club a lot, mainly to see two ladies in particular. And the club usually had a large enough roster of dancers that I could find a few more to like for a little time. Not long ago, because of some sort of local law that I don't understand, they had to change the way the dancers are paid and now they have a third or less as many, cutting way down on the odds of me finding someone I liked.

A lot of the best girls found other places to work. One of my two faves moved to another club before the changeover. The other one retired from dancing. So I found myself in a big, empty club with not enough dancer choices. The only one I liked was monopolized by the few customers there so I sat there turning down everyone else. I have a discount card that reduces the admission price to $10 and I still felt I'd wasted my money.

This was never a great club. The management fired any dancer who got too "friendly" in the booths. I only went to visit my two faves and to make arrangements to hook up with them outside the club. Now there's no reason to make the trip out there.
