i danced at this club for a short period of time but left after a few weeks because i had made way more money at the last club i had worked at. the club has a western cowboy type of theme, but not in any tacky or genuinely country-western way. there are a ton of girls who work there- almost 300 i think. on a friday night, there are around 40 girls working. there are a lot of really hot women who work here. and lots of fake boobs.

the club has seven stages, a lap dance area, a VIPish separate bar area (there are two bars), and a kitchen with a pretty decent menu. there is valet parking and also a huge parking lot. i can't remember how much cover charges usually were, but i think around $10. lapdances are $20, and there are a few partitioned areas where lap dances are given. the guy sits in a really low deep chair and puts his feet up on a big footrest coffee table thing. the girl dances while standing on the coffee table thing, and usually she climbs into his lap and rubs around some. it is difficult to give a dance for a guy while standing hovering above him, but maybe i just didn't get used to it. the lapdance areas are not very private, either, so it doesn't feel as much like an intimate experience as i think a lot of guys would prefer.

girls can be bought off the list for $100 an hour.

if the girls want to have a drink, they have to find the manager and get a drink pass. kind of annoying, but it's how they try to regulate to make sure girls don't drink too much.

shotgun's is definitely one of the nicer clubs in the metro area.
