Saturday Night Live
Hit the Tropics after an absence of several months. Went on a Saturday night in the middle of a cold February and was pleasantly surprised by the way this neighborhood bar was hopping. It was somewhere around 10 pm and the crowd was having a good time. Behind the bar is a pool table and the girls would work the line along the bar, giving standup dances and hugs to the guys on the stools. The stage is T-shaped with private dance areas behind the top of the T and along one wall of the bar. There's a sheer curtain between the couches along the wall with wooden dividers in between. The booths at the top of the T are behind a mirrored wall. The DJ is next to them, but the DJ pays attention to his computer and the songs. There were two dancers that had a good time with each other on the stage. I think their names were Ella and Billie. Ella is thin and talented on the pole. Billie is a little more curvy. I opted for dances with Billie. I meshed with her immediately. She's a very sensuous dance and seems very approachable and friendly. The songs were fairly long and it felt like heaven for four dances. The dances, by the way, were a great deal. Only ten bucks each.
