Not Bad
I arrived at Cover Girls at about 9:30 p.m. There was plenty of open parking and no charge to park. The club looks pretty big and upscale from the outside, but the Greco-roman statues along the outside wall are a bit over the top.
The cover charge was an odd $11. Upon entry, the main stage is directly ahead, the bar is against a diagonal wall to the left, small tables with wingback chairs are scattered around the stage. I went to bar and ordered a beer, which was pricey at $6.75. The bar also had arm chairs, which was odd and made it difficult to swing around and survey the scene.
There were probably less than a dozen customers, mostly youngish, all white and/or Hispanic looking. There were about the same number of dancers, all also mostly white and/or Hispanic, but a couple of AAs as well. They varied pretty widely in looks, but most averaged around 7.
