What the hell happened to this place?

I first visited the Hi-Liter a couple of years ago, just before its big descent. I had a great time, numerous good looking ladies, many of them young and fit. Excellent activities in the back for a nominal fee.

But I must say I have been extremely disappointed on my return trips the past couple of years. The avg weight and years has gone up by 25 lbs and at least 5 yrs. Cubans seem to have invaded and it makes communicating a bitch. Just isn't the same anymore. Still crowded seating area, but the dropoff in talent no longer makes it worthwhile. Had a couple of sessions in the back but they paled in comparision to the old days. I had read that things were returning to form, but that certainly wasn't the case on my two visits while in town. Coupled with disappointing visits last year the Hi-Liter is no longer the go to place in PHX.
