Back to the Blue Moon

I went to the Blue Moon on a Thursday evening, this is about two weeks back. I haven't been in quite a while before this but it seems things have changed. The sign out front said 8 dancers but there were probably four in the rotation. I must have been there around shift change, 7:30-ish. Being that I haven't been in a while, I didn't recognize any of the dancers-the few that were there. A thin black dancer sat by me and made small talk. I wasn't really into her and let her know I wanted to watch the dancers for a bit. Blue Moon is still dark. Still divey. The back area has been transformed and bit and the price structure of dances has been updated too. I watched a few more dancers on the stage. Even though there were few dancers, I didn't get approached after the first one. There looked to be a hot(ter) blonde that was busy with dances in the east corner. She looked good but I didn't get to see her dance on stage. I did wait around to see if anymore dancer would show up but I guess I didn't wait long enough. I'm not giving up on the place but it wasn't a very eventful visit. I wish I'd seen some dancers I recognized because BM dances are usually great. I left and said later to the doorguy. I'll be back.
