MLK Day Visit; May become a tradition while single

This is a past due review that began in HK/Hotel Cascadas and spread out from there. Traveled to HK for MLK Monday with a short reservation notice the day before for a single room at Hotel Cascadas, the hotel next to HK. Smooth drive from LA and parked at the border and cross via the PED west entrance at the outlets, Got to the hotel at 3:30pm and got the HK VIP card for $50. It dropped the cost of the hotel for Monday and Tuesday from $120 to $24. Taxi drive to HK was $5 still.

Decided to eat at restaurant Montecarlo across the street and a little down from Adelitas. Club Sandwich with fries and a beer was $7.50. This has been my go to dining spot.
