Alley Katz on Saturday night

I dropped by Alley Katz on Saturday night last. The cover was $5 with the discount card from the dude on the corner of Ouellette and Chatham, bout 50 m from the door. It was surprisingly not busy at the time, because a) it was Saturday night and, b) it was getting late, although they are open to 3 AM. Milling around were six dancers, four tall white girls and two black girls, one very tall and the other short. They ranged in the 7-8 range, since this place always has decent looking women. The place was half-full with about twenty customers.

The waitress was an attractive and friendly lady. I asked if my friend was working. She advised me that she had taken the night off. I later found out that she had taken several days off, because it wasn't busy. Drat. I watched the hockey game for a while, Vancouver won. A couple of the girls came by to chit chat. However, the VIP room was getting a steady stream of patronage, which I felt eliminated the more personal and intimate attention I would want in a private dance.

Hence, after debating with myself for an hour or so, I proceeded to Silvers Lounge on East Side, where the VIP room was free and one's actions were not unrestrained.
