Not couple friendly

I stopped in on a Thursday night with a female friend. Girl at the door takes the cover and gives you a receipt/ticket, which I’m assuming can be used for reentry later. Sat down at a table near the main stage. The on-stage dancing wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t very enthusiastic. Dancers were mostly attractive and a decent variety. Waitress was very friendly and very quick. Keep in mind they don’t serve alcohol, but I already had a decent buzz when I showed up so I didn’t mind too much. The only bad part was for the majority of the time we sat there, not a single dancer walking around would give us the time of day. Literally acted like they didn’t even see us. After 30-35 minutes one particularly cute girl actually came over and sat down, and was quite friendly (I’m not sure but I’m guessing she was a little buzzed). She told us that most of the dancers there don’t really like couples or female patrons and don’t typically approach a guy with a girl. So, while that was disappointing, I still can’t say we overall had an awful time. I feel like this is the kind of club I might go back to after work to watch the stage show, but I’m not sure I see myself spending big money on dances here, given the lack of enthusiasm that seemed to be going around.
