Sad Monday Night

I was in San Antonio for a work thing and I was really looking forward to checking out the clubs because of the great reviews. I was especially looking forward to Rick's because of the great reviews it got, boy was I disappointed. I pulled up to Rick's around 10pm and there was a bouncer who gave me a quick pat down. I was told by the hottie behind the counter that it was a $5 cover and $20 if I wanted to get a VIP wristband. Since many reviews recommended getting the wrist band, I paid the $20 and the hottie donned the VIP wrist band on me.

I walked in with really high expectations because Ricks has a 8.7 tuscl score, but they must be paying for their reviews because the place was a sad, sad sight. First off, the place is pretty big, with a bar on the left and also a bar on the right by the VIP section. There is a main stage in the middle and two side stages. I walked over to the bar on the right and got myself a well drink, which was $5, that was the best part of the night.

There were about 6 girls working, ranging from a 4-6. There was only one that I would have even considered getting a dance from. But she was tied up with two regulars. There were probably about 5-6 PLs there total. In total there were 4 hispanic, 1 white and 1 black girl. Not a single one approached to ask if I wanted a dance, maybe cause they could see the disgust in my face. I sat there and through two drinks hoping against hope, that maybe there was a unicorn in the back doing her make-up, but no such luck.
