Kinda dive bar-ish with an average crowd

So last Thursday I landed in SJC, checked into the hotel in Livermore and tried to think whether I wanted to drive to SFO or SJ to get some action. I am a bit lazy, so SJ worked out better. I reached AJs about 10pm. So here is the thing, the first impression I got when I came to the place was ok this is no Spearmint Rhino. It’s a kinda darkly lit place with no real attractiveness. You could almost think that you are in a shitty bar in Oakland, but it does not give off an unsafe vibe like those places. Parking was easy. So after thinking about how my laziness is a pain, and that I should have driven to SFO, I finally ventured in.

Ok, once you go inside, it’s much like any mid tier strip joint. Don’t expect Vegas style size and looks. There were about 20 odd ladies around. Only 3 were on stage. Music was ok, but then who cares, right? The quality was somewhere between 5 and 6 out of 10. It was a mix of white and Asian, no black. I would have loved some black, but hey whatever. Most of the women were mid 20s in my opinion, couple older and couple younger. Again young is not equal to quality, so my rating above remains. Lap dances are 20. If you tip the first one well, you get better dances from the others. It’s not a big club like those in Vegas, you will get attention if you want it.

So after a few lap warmers, I decided to take a private dance. Private is darker still. Someone didn’t pay for lights I guess. Overall dance wasn’t really that great. I shelled out about 200 here including drinks. It was ok. If you can get to SFO, I would suggest you do that. But if you don’t have a choice or are grade A lazy like me, this is ok. It’s not great but it won’t really disappoint.
