What Happened Here?

I remember hearing through the grapevine a while ago that Paradizios was open again. I actually missed this place. It was always a good time for me and your money went a long way. I know it closed sometime last January or something and I’m not sure when it reopened but I was excited to go back.

Whoa. I’m not sure if it’s new management or not but it was terrible. I mean, it’s not like this place was ever a dancers paradise but at least people were having fun. On this visit not so much. There were a good amount of dancers there but they all just randomly walked around and talked with each other. Some older lady, I’m thinking the manager, was playing music off her phone. Dances were lack luster and the energy was dead. What a far cry from what this place used to be. I left after a beer and went to Embers and shocker I had a way better time. It’s sad but I think the legend of Paradizios is dead.

Maybe it was an off night but other reviews seem to emulate what I’ve said. I’ll go one more time just to confirm but I doubt it’ll be any different.
