Gilfs and smoke
I arrived at the club on a Monday afternoon around 345pm. There was an emergency vehicle, fire department badge, but ambulance type of vehicle, out front. That spooked me a bit and I considered moving on, but by the time it took me to navigate to head the other direction, folks were loading up the emergency vehicle and it pulled out without lights or sirens. I decided to go in since it was Monday and the word is that’s the active day for the Hank.
Paid the $5, and then flopped around looking for a decent place to sit. The bar to the right near the bathrooms was full as were the tables closest to the larger (center?) stage. I ended up in an awkward seat sort of in the middle of the floor with a chair to the side. I was approached by a train wreck that took some time to shake. I then relocated to a seat at the bar with the next two seats occupied by two older gents that seemed to have been there just to smoke because they worked at it nonstop. Not ideal for me, I can tolerate the smoke but can’t reek up the house when I get home and still hope to play off a busy day at the job story. This set of conditions caused me to shorten my browsing time and as a result I settled at a price that was a bit high for talent that would not have been my first or second choice among the large number of women working the room. On talent generally, it wasn’t great, but there were a few curvy but not fat types that float my boat. I ended up w Haley squeezing in next to me and she immediately told me her real name and that she had three grandchildren. She told me she had not been there long as she liked to work a shorter shift. She started at $$, I countered at $ and we settled in the middle, more than I needed to pay, but she seemed to be holding firm and I was now in a hurry to reduce my further exposure to smoke.
The $10 toll for a wristband and into the last booth. The booth was pretty chilly and the tattered seats have been described before. All went fine, a bit rushed but I was not in the mood to push to slow things down. I haven’t been with a lot grandmas so that was kind of fun, but otherwise not particularly memorable. I left relieved and drove home in the cold w the windows down, working to reduce the lingering effects of too many smokers.
