An Off Day?

I finally made it to Scarlett's since the change from Hollywood, primarily based on some of the promising reviews. Unfortunately my visit did not meet the expectations raised by some of those reviews. The club basically seemed the same to me except for, as others have said, no porn on the TVs. The club was surprisingly crowded, much more so than my last several visits to the old Hollywood. I took my usual seat at the bar to scope out the scene over a beer. I was almost immediately joined by a black dancer that I did not find attractive. She moved on quickly enough. There were two hotties hanging with two guys towards the end of the bar and they eventually moved to a table. They were probably the two hottest girls there and I never got a chance to interact with them. There were a few other girls that I found OK and maybe would have taken back for a spin but they stayed pretty busy as well. Other girls that were available or that approached me I did not find attractive enough to take back. Overall I would say I was disappointed in the talent level. A few observations: stage conduct seemed rather tame on this day, little to no hand contact on most of the girls; most privates seem to be done in the private rooms on the left side, across from the bar. I did see a few table-side dances take place. One guy went to the shared common area with his dancer. During my walk to the men's room I noticed the old bed dance area was roped off and not being used. Wondered what the deal was with that. The hand dryers in the men's room still hardly work and the men's room itself looked like it had not been cleaned in days...and smelled like it, too. After a couple of hours I got tired of waiting for one of the hotter girls to break free and left. But I saw enough promise to make me want to return, so I'll be back soon.
