Quiet Sunday Afternoon

Headed in to Bandaids Sunday afternoon. ID check at the door, and a quick frisk to get in. No cover. The main bar area has one small stage, but it's not used unless the club is real busy. The main attractions are in the back: a pretty small room with tiny stage, beatup couch seating along the walls.

There were only two girls dancing at the time: a hot chicana and a skanky skinny white. Got dances from both. They were real friendly. It's $10 for a couch dance in the main area and $20 for the VIP. The girls here are not distant, they will come right up and talk with you, suggest getting dances, etc. So it's a nice change from places where the girls are standoffish.

The music is pretty typical rock, with some Mexican tunes now and then. Overall it's a nice relaxing place, definitely not pretentious. Comfortable and friendly, so long as you are not put off by the ghetto vibe.
