Fool's Gold

It's the last Friday of 2018 and I find myself near Elyria so I detour to Bugsy's. It's been 7 months since my previous time here. I've avoided this place for good reason, read my prior reviews but this time I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in after paying the $5.00 cover.

The TVs behind the bar had a game on which was an upgrade over the 1930s movie playing the last time I was here but I didn't come to watch TV although watching fills the dead time between fending off the fatties trying to hustle drinks.

The real surprise was that there were actually a couple of decent looking dancers sprinkled among the fatties, junkies, and ghetto hoes that are the usual fare so I find a spot at the bar, order a beer and tip the older polite bartender. Bugsy's has never been known for hot bartenders, the other one working this night was cute but fat and again I wasn't here for the bartenders either.
