Went to LBS on a Thursday...

Went to LBS on a Thursday night, from about 11 pm to 1 am. There were 15 dancers, 12 Caucasian and 3 AA, ranging from 6-8. That means there were no dogs and no stunners. It was quite busy while I was there; I would guess at least 50 customers, maybe more. Beer was cheap - $2. As in my last report, the odd part of this club is that the dancers seem to know a lot of the customers and spend their time with them. They clearly enjoy themselves, but most do very few dances (done in the back in a VIP-style room). On this night, the best looking dancers were hustling the most and they were perpetually in the lap-dance room. The other dancers only spent a few songs (1-3 at MOST) in the lap dance room. Instead, they sat for extended periods of time with the same person or group, then would occasionally “sweep” the room asking anyone in their path “wanna dance”? When no one took them up on it, they quickly went back to their cozy pal. In my 2 hours there, I only had 3 dancers even acknowledge my presence and those were simply for a “wanna dance”? None of those were dancers that I would take up on that type of approach. There were plenty of others that I would have gladly bought dances from if they had been willing to invest in a few minutes of discussion before popping the question. Instead, I enjoyed the show, tipped girls on stage, and left after 2 hours with most of my tip roll intact. I will definitely go back, if for no reason other than my astonishment of most of the dancers either lack of concern over making money or complete lack of sales skills.
