I have visited this club since...

I have visited this club since the late 90's and recently it has changed. It once had a very laid back, friendly atmosphere but that has been replaced with the fast push to the private dance/vip rooms. I went in Friday night and spotted a buxom lady named Erica, bought her a drink and went to sit at a table with her. To my surprise, she said she had to go as they were doing a stage special. I understood and told her to hurry back. I didn't participate in the special because I didn’t/t want the t-shirt but I felt as if I had Thrown her off her plan. When she came back to the table she asked me immediately if I wanted that dance and I said I would rather talk for a few minutes. She replied that she really had to go to another if I wasn't interested in a dance. I said I understood but what came next defied reason. I watched as she tried another guy and spent about 4-6 songs with him. this surprised me because if she had sat down for two songs I probably would have been ready for some private dances, perhaps a vip experience. If the object was the best return in the least amount of time I believe the young lady miscalculated.

I ended up getting three dances from Katherine, a beautiful blonde from the Czech Republic. She wanted me to guess her nationality and I said Slovakia. She asked why everyone thinks Slovakia before the Czech Republic and I offered that perhaps there was a PR/marketing problem involved. I offered to root for the Czech Republic the next time I watch them play hockey against Finland or Sweden or someone other than the United States. Anyway, the three dances were pleasant but not extraordinary.

I was disappointed int this visit. The parking appears more secure than before, The ambience is much more upscale. Unfortunately, the thing that always stood out about this club was the laid back atmosphere. That has been replaced by the fast hustle. Then again, I have always preferred the slower nights and the afternoon shifts, this was Friday night, 10 PM. Perhaps I chose the wrong time to visit.
