Anothe MEH visit to Desi’s

Stopped into Desi’s after doing some Christmas shopping. I needed a drink after putting up with the crowds of stupid people. I walked in a there was one skinny girls sitting at the bar on her phone and 3 other guys sitting there too. I got my beer and went and sat by the old shadow box that has been out of operation for years. There was another dancer there already giving a guy a dance on the opposite side of the box. When his dance finished she came over to me. It was Wendy who has been dancing here for years. I got a couple from her which at least you know what you’re gonna get. After a few songs the skinny brunette that was sitting at the bar came and gave me a dance. She moved so fast everything was a blur. Definitely not anything worth more than one dance. I waited a few songs and got a couple more from Wendy. After that I was out the door. Definitely not the worst night at Desi’s but far from the best.
