A Lot Of Bang For Your Buck

Allure is pretty much a dive bar. It’s kind of rough looking, and so are the customers, but it’s not in a bad area so I didn’t have any safety concerns. There was no cover when I went in around 4:00 in the afternoon. The stage is immediately to the left as you enter, the bar against the far wall all the way in the back. I headed to the bar and ordered a beer, which was a reasonable $3.50.

There were about a dozen or so customers, all white, about the same number of dancers, also all white except for two AAs. Most of the dancers were average to somewhat above average in looks, but there were a few that were genuinely hot. It was clear that most of the customers were regulars. Most of the girls were either sitting at tables with guys, or circulating between tables chatting with guys they clearly knew. Around 4:30 or 5:00 I saw a number of girls change into civilian clothes and leave, but a few new ones also came in.

Although this seems to be regulars heavy club, a couple of girls stopped by and explained the price structure, which is also posted on signs on the wall. Topless dances are $30, nude dances are $40, or 15 minutes for $85, 35 minutes for $150. Clearly, the structure is designed to push the 15 or 35 minute rooms. I found out that the girl gets 2/3 of the room fee.
