Up and Down

This review covers 3 visits over the past 3 weeks, all weekday dayshift. I’ve always been a frequent Friday afternoon visitor due to personal scheduling reasons. However the past few Fridays I’ve been have been noticeably different—2 Fridays ago I was there and for the first time in probably 3 years I didn’t see a single dancer that I had familiarity with. Usually I see at least 3-5 that I know pretty well. There weren’t too many promising new prospects either. I did chat with one newbie who had the exact body type I crave but within 5 minutes I found out she normally works nightshift (strike 1), was under 21 (strike 2) and quickly referred to herself as “a business-woman” (strike 3). I left the club after about an hour and headed to Oasis in hopes of salvaging the day.

While my Friday visits have been disappointing I have experienced excellent trips on Mondays-Thursdays. The dancer selection has been much better than Fridays and the hustle factor lower. The single VIP rooms remain as dirty as ever but there hasn’t been as many annoying intrusions as were occuring a few years ago.

A lot of dancers have been complaining all Fall that business is down. Of course that’s a pretty typical dancer complaint, but I’ve also noticed the customer crowds have thinned out some over the past year. Longtime regulars, have you noticed a customer decline as well?
