still not the Desiree's of old

It had been about 6 months since my last visit so I thought I would check out Desiree's again. The interior hasn't changed in years, not the best but not the worst (like Lustys). Cheap, cold beer $4. Friendly bartender. A couple other patrons and for the half hour I was there on a Friday night at about 9:30 there was only one girl there. Who just sat at the bar and went from looking at her phone to talking trash with an obvious regular. There wasn't even any music playing the whole time I was there. I only stayed the half hour to see if anything more was going to happen. This place use to be hopping on a Friday or Saturday night. Now I'm curious how it's able to stay open!
