I've been to Scarlett's one other time on the way through town. This particular visit was on a Sunday evening. I arrived at about 8:30pm and left at about 11pm.

When I first entered, I paid the $10 entry fee and walked into the large well lit room. Sat a table away from the stage. Due to the black lights in the room, the rips on the chairs are quite evident as the white stuffing coming out of them glows brightly in the light. Anyway, was approached by the waitress and ordered a kettle and diet ($9.25). As an aside, I think the drinks are pretty watered down.

I was first approached by a black dancer who sat right down and nearly immediately started asking about dances(I'd say she was a 6/10). I told her I'd pass and kept watching the stage - she left. Nearly right after was approached by a thin white dancer with a lot of tattoos and piercings. She too sat down and immediately asked for dances - not a great looker (5/10) and I said I'd pass as I just got there (only there about 10 minutes at this point).
