Enjoyed this place
So, after a "meh" visit to Bucks-FW on Saturday (that didn't close the deal), Sunday brought me to Baby Dolls looking for a little more fun. Got there about 4 PM, pretty easy to find, the huge sign about a mile away helped. Once in the parking lot, you actually drive past the entrance for self park, it was surprisingly busy for a Sunday afternoon, but parking seemed plentiful. Paid a $3 cover (wow!) and then you run into the beer tub girl. I bought a beer, but next time I will move past and hit the big bar to the left.
The club is kind of oddly designed. A giant bar in the middle of the room, then the main sitting area between the bar and the stage, which is tightly packed with chairs and tables, so much so it is hard to move through, even when empty. The main stage is huge and it has four pedestals in front of the stage on both the left and right where girls also dance. Behind the bar is stairs and two more pedestals with dancers on either side. Around the outside of the lower level is barstool seating at tall tables and in the far back of the club is a buffet, which had its share of customers, I don't know, I find the idea of having dinner and getting danced on to be strange, but that is likely more about me. Bathrooms are to the right of the main stage. I have to admit, I had a hard time getting a grip of where to sit, the outside areas seemed too far away and had bad sight lines, the main area felt too bunched up.
Upstairs has another bar, but the seating looks to be for lap dancing. More on that in a moment.
