I Guess a Typical Monday Afternoon

I was in Harrisburg again for business so decided to stop in around 1:30 on a Monday afternoon. Mondays have been typically slow here on previous visits, but I always like to give the benefit of doubt and try it anyway hoping for a decent time. I counted 6 dancers working, doing two song sets on stage followed by a one song break until about 2:30 when the break song was eliminated. 3 were ones I had not seen before, and the other 3 I remembered from previous visits in the last few weeks. I had been here twice before since my last review, and one visit was great, also a Monday, and the other was so-so on a Thursday. I would describe this day as so-so as well. One dancer was glued to a patron buying her drinks, and another was flirty as all hell, some went for private dances with other patrons, but all in all most disappeared to the dressing room after their turn on stage and did not emerge for quite a while, then it was soon time for a turn on stage again, then repeat! I was greeted by 2 different ones, but their visit was very short, only a few minutes. When I left at 3:30 I was the only patron, with no entertainers in sight! Bar service was good, but the barmaid still disappears for long periods of time to who knows where, so pace your drinks accordingly or you may sit for a while empty. She does ask if you are ok before she vanishes. As I was leaving I encountered a prospective patron in the parking lot who asked me if it was worthwhile going in. I explained that he would be the only patron and if they ever emerged from the dressing room he could have a lot of attention. At that point he asked what the cover charge was (I have to assume he was never here before) and I informed him $5, to which he replied the hell with it, and got in his car!
