Tame and Quiet but Pleasant

I've actually been to Lace a few times now. When I'm in town I stay at a hotel nearby so even if I didn't like the place I would probably keep coming just for convenience. However, I really do like the place. It's clean and spacious, and, I'm not sure how else to say it -- it's calm (at least on the weeknights that I've been). Some might call it too tame or quiet, but to me it's pleasant, especially after a day of working when I'm little tired but not quite ready to call it a night. I can walk in, head to the bar, get a Jameson's on the rocks from a good looking, friendly bar tender and no one bothers me. No pushy girls, no loud or obnoxious patrons. It's relaxing.

And the best part is something I had never experienced in a club before -- a bar massage! Every time I've been in it's been the same attractive Eastern European girl who comes up to me at the bar asking me if I want a massage. She rubs my neck and shoulders and arms and down my back. It feels so good and so relaxing all while sitting there sipping on my whiskey and watching the girls on stage. $20 for a massage; it must last almost 10 minutes. I'm not sure, but it feels so good I usually go for 2 or 3 of them.

As far as the strip club part of Lace is concerned, the girls are attractive and fun to watch on stage, but it's just a bikini joint so I haven't yet sprung for a lap dance much less a VIP room. I'm not sure it will be worth it.
