Eh, not worth the visit

I was passing by the motor city and had about a couple of hours to kill before meeting a group of buddies. I did some research in the discussion board explicitly asking about extras in addition to non-smoking environment. Some PLs recommended Cricket and thus I decided to give it a shot. As reviewed before, there is a big park lot behind the building which is free, no valet. The entrance is on the parking side and coat check was mandatory, no charge at entrance, but the girl asks for $2 when you are leaving. The bar is on the right and there are about 4 booths on the left, in between is the pole stage. At the end of the stage, you will see the DJ and the entrance to the VIP rooms. When I got in, there were about three girls, all thick black chicks. There are probably about 10 PLs, and two bartenders, one is short and the other is tall and she turned out to be a dancer later on. She actually was the best looking girl in the club while I was there. When she was on the stage, a few guys approached and touched her legs while tipping. I grabbed two beers for $9, which is not bad. The entire time while I was nursing my beer, nobody came to me or said hi. I took the time to look around. I remember I read a review about figuring out what might be going on by watching what the patron does after getting out of the VIP room. If he leaves right away, there must be high mileage or extras back there. I did find this happened. A guy who sat a table away from me went back to the VIP with a fake boobs thick chick for a few songs. After he came out, he headed out directly. But for me, I did not get much attention and felt very bored. After finishing the beers, I took off to the next destination. I won't come back to this club any time soon.
