$10 Wednesday Nights

On both of my two Wednesday visits, the club was surprisingly uncrowded, considering the cut-rate dance price. That added privacy to the already-roomy dance area ("cabanas") where the Wednesday special is offered. No valet or cover charge, either, and only a small coat-check fee.

Given the circular moat around the stage, one must choose between seating very close to the stage or relatively far from the stage (or father still, by the bar). Dancers other than the one or two on-stage tended to walk around the outer zone or by the bar.

It was not easy to know when one hip-hop song ended and another one started. If you are with a dancer for ten minutes, that could be anywhere from two to five songs depending on how she chooses to count them. Buyer beware.
