pretty clear what the deal is

This is from a couple of months ago. I dropped by late on a Friday afternoon. I think the afternoon shift was still all there. I was there for 30-45 minutes. It was pretty quiet and I almost just left. I figured it would be worth it to see what was going on instead of just taking off.

There were probably 6-8 dancers working. It was a little hard to tell because you'd see somebody maybe come out of the dressing room for a minute and then disappear for five or ten. The gals were a mid-range kind of group, though mostly a little thick for my tastes.

There wasn't always somebody on stage, but mostly. A lot of the time, the dance would be just talking to whoever had come up to tip her. So it wasn't like there was much to check out.
