I arrived at Cowboys at 11:55AM, Thursday, June 13th, 2006. Upon entering, there was no cover assessed since it was a daytime visit. I believe I was the first customer in and I noticed about 4 dancers present, a couple sitting at the bar on the right side of the club. I ordered a $3.75 longneck from the bar and eventually took a seat at a table with a bench type chair against the wall near one of the satelite stages on the left side of the club, after a dancer "Trouble" (7) started dancing. After she finished, she moved over to another satelite stage near the front center of the club and went topless on that stage. The 3 foot raised main stage is located on the back wall, having a brass pole like the others, but she didn't dance there and joined me at my table. About 2 more dancers arrived shortly after noon. The dancers rated in appearance between 7 and 10. Flashing the gash on stage was a regular thing when tipping. After watching about 5 dancers, I did not notice any of them dancing nude, so assume this club has gone to topless. Maybe the nude dancing is at night time, as I did not inquire. The waitress was pushing drinks for customers as she seemed to come around every ten minutes. Even though I was a 'sipper' this early in the day, it didn't seem to discourage her. There was one big screen TV and several other TVs scattered around this good size club. The club was decorated with blue lights and the DJ was pretty good in his selection of music. The club was pretty well lit. The VIP area or COUCH ROOM was located in the back left area of the club, across from the DJ booth. I inquired with 'Trouble' about the cost of dances. I first though she had said $5 for table dances and $10 for couch dances. I opted for the COUCH ROOM with her. I ended up getting a total of 6 dances from 'Trouble' in the COUCH ROOM, which consisted of good grinding action. I had to keep my hands on the couch, but it didn't matter, as she was all over me during her dancing with good one way contact. I kept looking over at the DJ booth to see if we were being watched, but the DJ wasn't interested in her dancing. I do believe she told me they had cameras in the COUCH ROOM, but I couldn't seem to find any in view, as the room wasn't all that dark. After the 6th dance, I handed 'Trouble' 3 twenty-dollar bills and she said the dances were $20 each. I pulled out 3 more twenties and left the club shortly afterward at 1:10PM, spending about $140, about $60 more than I had planned. The miscalculation on the LDs was my fault after thinking back and realized her telling me the table dances were $10 and couch dances were $20. Oh well, that's what I get for not getting a good night's sleep before hitting my first club. I believe if I had chosen some other dancers, I may have gotten more mileage for my money. I rate this club at an "8" for its decor, layout, and dancers, and would return back if ever in the area again, but would also be a bit more selective in dancers.
