A firm second place in terms of dancers numbers and looks.

Wanabefrank and I wanted to check out a few clubs in Zona Norte. Adelita has a reputation as being the consensus number two club in Zona Norte in terms of dancers numbers and appearance after Hong Kong. That made it an obvious choice to visit.

“La Adelita” is a popular corrido about a woman who joins the Mexican Revolution and falls in love with a soldier. “Adelitas” became a term referring to the women who fought in the Mexican Revolution as soldaderas. While I did not see any soldiers during our visit, and I cannot promise that any of these girls will fall in love with you, it may still be a place worth trying.

We got in and the place was pretty busy with both customers and girls. Not suffocating my crowded like Hong Kong can get though. The club is spacious though significantly smaller than Hong Kong, at least from what I saw. Also, like Hong Kong the music they played seemed more skewed towards the tastes of American tourists.
