Potentially a nice place just to hang out.

Stumbled into the Playboy Club on a whim. Wasn’t on my bucket list of must-go places in Tijuana, but I didn’t know when I was coming back so I thought I would check it out.

It was after midnight on a Saturday but the place was still far from packed. There were two floors. On the first floor was the bar and the stage and several tables and benches. There was a small group of guys who looked like locals hanging out with a small group of girls. The girls here ranged from 4s to 5s. No one looked heinous, but nothing really caught my eye. That said, the people who were there looked like they were genuinely having a fun time. They were laughing and carousing and getting up to dance with the music.

I was approached by a mesero named Jesse. Older man with a mustache who was very polite and soft-spoken. He escorted me to a booth on the second floor. Soon after I was seated I was approached by a girl named Arleen. She was about 5’2”, tan-skinned, had a really cute smile but she was easily 20+ pounds over her best weight. Still, I was feeling friendly and agreed to let her take a seat. Soon enough Jesse approaches and asked me what I wanted. I ordered a tequila shot and a drink for the lady. He told me that at Playboy Club you purchase fichas two at a time.
