Lido is a unique institution. Very chill atmosphere. No pressure. There are lots of dancers. By around 8:30 there are usually 40+ and by 10 there are close to twice that number. The girls are quite sweet, without that hard edge you see at some places. The girls are often well educated and most are white with quite a few foreigners. Overall, girls would rate 7-9, with occasional outliers in both directions. There’s no stage and no performances. There is a large private room for private dances, which is supervised by bouncers to make sure bounds are observed. Seems like the best place in nyc by a long shot. Lately they have had several events canceled at the last minute, so unclear what the future will bring.
