The Cheetah really is the nicest...
The Cheetah really is the nicest club in Atlanta. It's surpasses all the other clubs in town when it comes to decor, service and quality of women. However, that's not to say it's a great club. The dancers are pretty average and there are unique aspects of the place that detract from the overall experience.
The club is located in midtown Atlanta, close to downtown and most of the city's hotels. The taxis in that city are ripoffs so I took the train, the club being about a 6 block walk from the station. Walk through the doors and you are in the very nice wood paneled lobby with burgundy red carpet. Unfortunately this ambience does not carry in the show room which has walls painted black and dark red. Pay your $10 cover (before 7 it's $4) and walk through a little maze to get to the main floor. This room is set up like a ring. There are two bars against the long walls and in front of each is a raised platform where four girls dance for your typical three-song session. There's VIP seating up against the back wall and a stage in front which is flanked by more table and chair seating. The restaurant Alluvia has seating to the right of the main stage. In the center of the room are rows of chairs up against the platform stages and then center seats and table which are faintly reminiscent of McDonald's seating. 2 or 4 around a rectangular table, patrons back to back, etc.
Table dances are $10, no contact but full nude. There's an executive room but I haven't been. Stage performances are set up in a weird way. Total of $5 to one dancer and she takes off her top. $10 and off come the bottoms. I've not seen this kind of thing in any other club but it does make those patrons sitting at the stage go through a lot of bills. Oh, and the girls rotate between songs so you're not stuck with one during the whole set.
