Hard to Tell

I visited this club for the first time in many years. I had gone a few times when it was under a different name. Back then it was one of the nicer clubs (the facilities) in the Akron area, but the dances were lame and the quality of the dancers wasn't worth the drive. I can't say that much has changed since. The club itself is still very nice...more of an upscale club that anywhere else in the area. But on this trip there were only two girls working. This was mid-afternoon on a week day, but if you're going to run a strip club you have to realize that the dancers are your reason for being. Nobody I know goes to a strip club to admire the furniture. Although both girls working were pretty attractive, both were occupied in deep conversations with the only other patron in the place. I stayed for the time it takes to drink a beer, and in that 30 minutes or so, neither got off the bar stools to dance or even play music. Maybe this club does better in the evening. I probably won't be back to find out.
