Better than expected by Manhattan standards

I've been to a few clubs in the big city, but I've learned to mostly head to outer boros - Queens being the top spot, followed by the Bronx if you're looking for a little mo' grit. But I was in town for some business, and didn't want to make a long trek. Since a dude on the street had given me a free pass to this place, I decided to check it out. The club looks small, but is around mid-size. When you walk in you go down a hallway that opens on to the main room - it has about 5-10 tables with cushion chairs around a small stage. And there's a long bench along the left wall in front of the DJ. The main stage is small, it holds one dancer, but there's a pole that when you look realize goes all the way up the second floor. But before that, there's a bar toward the back of the bottom floor, along the right wall, with another 8-10 seats. At the end of that bar, there's a small corner stage that gets dancers when the place is full.

Between the stage and the bar is a stairwell and an elevator - I guess VIPs get the elevator, but you can walk up the stairs to a second floor with more tables, and a 3rd very small stage that also gets dancers when the place is busy. There's another bar upstairs too, and the private dance rooms that cost a chunk of change (about $500/half hour is what I heard). There are girls circulating upstairs and downstairs. Dancers do about 2-3 dances then come down. There's no dollar parade, and they aren't too pushy in asking for dances. There's a classier vibe, where the girls come talk to you. Drinks are not cheap - but this is Manhattan! And you can get a dance out in the open, at a bench along the left wall in front of the bar. Those dances are just $20, and you are not supposed to touch the girl, but no one seemed to be watching for that too much.

There were about 15 girls dancing (not counting 2-3 massage girls), mostly white, some European (Russian?), and a couple of Latins and one or two Black girls. All pretty good looking, 7s and 8s, and a lot of them were good at conversation. I had about 3 dances with different girls, and they varied in intensity and quality. But compared to other Manhattan places I've been where everything is even more expensive, you can't get the attention of any girl unless you've got a few hundred to spend off the bat, and the crowd seems to be only high rollers and tourist suckers, this place was pretty low key, and worth a look.
