enjoyed my visit

not my first time to erotica, but my most recent. i always enjoy my time there. the girls are really good on stage here, compared to other clubs in pittsburgh where they just kind of walk around the pole looking bored. erotica has a lot of stages and runways and the dancers spend a significant amount of time on them per night, so being entertaining and lively while up there is a priority. i think they make a lot of their money off of stage tips as well, considering the dances are only 20 a pop and i don’t see many people going up for them, but people are almost always sitting around the tip rail tipping dollars throughout the night, and it seems like the dancers are eager to get up there multiple times a night.

beer and liquor is free after you’ve paid the cover but it’s all bottom shelf, you can get top shelf liquor and champagne if you go upstairs and buy a champagne room but i wouldn’t recommend that because they’re some of the priciest ones in the city. whereas an hour at blush is only 360, it’s 400 at erotica. the dances like i said are 20 per song but they’re no contact and the bouncers are extremely vigilant about it, i’ve seen plenty of drunk handsy customers get grabbed by the throat and tossed down the stairs and out the door. they’re also done in an open area the way cheerleaders is, they’re not sectioned off private dance booths like those at blush which i prefer if i’m going to spend the money for a dance.

erotica is full nude on stage and i’m not sure about dances, i think it depends on the dancers preference or what you agree upon ahead of time, ive seen girls give dances every way from full nude to just topless to fully clothed. the dancers here definitely have a more alternative look, which i prefer but other customers might not like. most of the girls are tatted and pierced and incorporate a lot of leather / gothic makeup etc. some girls go full out in costumes and dress up like harley quinn and sexy maids and secretaries, there was one such sexy secretary there on tuesday who was phenomenal on stage.

overall this is my favorite club in pittsburgh because the dancers are down to earth and good performers, they’re not stuck up and stand-offish like girls at some other clubs, they have more personality and it’s just overall a more fun environment to be in, especially with the free liquor so you’re not spending a fortune on overpriced weak drinks like at other places. the music tends to almost always be pop / edm from the times i’ve been there which is fine, you don’t really notice it much when there’s a sexy naked woman in front of you anyway. just don’t fuck with the bouncers or piss the dancers off with the bouncers around cuz they really will clobber you, ive seen it happen all too many times.
