Expose on a Sunday Night
I live close to Expose and Palazio. I usually head to Palazio because I feel like there's more competition for my money there, but occasionally head to Expose for a change of scenery.
Expose is located right off south congress in a mixed use area. Within a few blocks you can find bars, reasonably fancy apartments, car repair places, restaurants and who knows what else. However the parking lot is well lit and I've never seen anyone have any issues out there. Occasionally there will be some homeless folks hanging out behind the building but they seem relatively harmless. Usually you can get parking closer to the entrance or along a relatively busy street.
Walk in, bar is to your right, bathrooms straight ahead, and stages to the left. Lap dances are usually done in an area on the northeast side of the building that is not particularly private but serves it's purpose. There's an outdoor smoking area if that's the kind of thing you are into. Music tends to have a little more variety than some of the other clubs around town - you hear some rap, some hip hop, some pop and some rock, but it also tends to be verging on too loud to have any sort of conversation. The employee vibe is sort of laid back - the door girl, waitresses and other staff are happy to chat with customers and seem cool.
